His Highness Maharaja Hanwant Singhji Charitable Trust
His Highness Maharaja Hanwant Singh ji Charitable Trust, Jodhpur supported by its manifold Trusts is a catalyst endowed for the development of Marwar with multiple projects operational under its wings. Established in 1971 by His Highness Maharaja of Jodhpur, the Trust is a registered (80G-12A) certified NGO and is registered under Rajasthan Public Trust Act, 1956 and FCRA Act 2010 to receive foreign donation/contribution.
The Trust has a mission and basic goals to uplift the living condition of economically weaker section of rural people. Over the past 49 years, the Trust has been very active in service to the community. Its main objectives comprise restoration, conservation and preservation of environment, provide water and sanitation facilities to the people, fodder for the animals, sustenance to the poor, the abandoned aged, relief in case of natural calamities, rehabilitation of the affected people, empower and educate women and girls, generate awareness among the people and consistently work for the betterment of Marwar.
